Rex and Dex

Rex and Dex had something in common

They both loved all kinds of hats

Rex was a triple X, Dex was a large

Rex and Dex were best friends 

Dex didn't mind that Rex was taller than him

Rex told Dex that ducks were the best

Dex told Rex that dinosaurs  rock the house

Rex and Dex liked everything about each other

Dex told Rex, "Green is my favorite color."

Rex told Dex, "My favorite is white feathers."

Everyone saw that they were always together

They were inseparable friends

But others wondered, "How can they be friends when they are so different? How does that make sense?"

But Rex and Dex replied, "What are you talking about? Can't you see we are the same?"

Rex and Dex couldn't see any differences.

The reason was the two of them were friends.
