Generators

I admire some very special people

I call them generators

They are always encouraging and inspiring

They lift us up when we are discouraged

They are team leaders and coaches

Their goals are success for everyone

Creating a positive environment

with no negatives or any abuse at all

negative people, agressive and angry 

are asked to leave, don't belong anymore

 

Some say that's no fair

say there should be a place for everyone

but generators know negative people

bring everybody down 

believe me when I say

negative people impede positive progress

positive people create healthy environments

Healthy relationships

are what generators are about

We know we  will always 

need more of them.
