We Are

What We Value

No matter what we say, what we do
with our time, money, and our choices
reflects what we have in our hearts
as a true treasure and is who we are.
So the questions is, "What do we value?
What is so important to us that we
are willing to invest it with our time,
our talents and our money?"

So I keep in mind what is in
my heart and all that I think
about, what I do most of the
time and why I do it. Very often
we don't do the things that
may improve who we are,
things that will give us the
right journey. things that will
gives our lives true meaning and
purpose.

But we have many possibilities
and choices that will allow us to
be the person that we were born to
be and claim our true destiny,

Innocence

A child's innocence belongs to her,
her eyes are unaware of danger and
there is a beautiful freedom in that.
She feels safe and never thinks about
someone harming her. Her life has not
been stained with the ugly reality of
hurt and pain. No one has violated her
in any way.

But one day, a stranger, or a relative,
or a babysitter, perhaps even her
mother of father, steals her
innocence forever, and as she hurts,
feels pain and shame, her innocence
has gone away. Her whole life has
changed, ever since the day she was
violated in very private places.

Children should never be treated
that way,but they need our
protection because very bad people
may harm them in the most awful
actions. We must always be there
for them and watch them carefully
so that they may live a life of
innocence as long as they can.

Getting Well

Please O please be gentle with yourself.
Most illness is caused by stress, worries,
fear and anger. The first step in getting
well is to let go of them. Empty yourself
of all of that stuff inside of you, sit
quietly and patiently in silence and
peace and joy will fill you and Yes
that's when you will start getting well.

Your prayer and the prayers of others
are a part of getting well. YES, scientists
have verified that prayer helps us in
getting well. Those without the benefit
of prayer don't do as well. You can debate
that scientific conclusion; you can reject
it or you can begin getting well. It's true
and it will always help you get well.

Getting well isn't all about me and my
life changed when I discovered that.
Getting well is all about loving and
caring about others and YES loving
and accepting them for who they are
and celebrating our differences. YES
that is the last step of getting well. YES
you can get well.
