Mars Cars

It must be fun to ride in Mars cars.

They are long and sleek

and ready for road trips.

There is plenty of room

for the whole family.

But here's a correction;

they are blue not green

and they are tall not little

blue men and women.

O how I want to go on

road trips with them

and visit the ghosts

from their past.

And yes the ghosts 

are white like clouds

and they hang around

in the skies.

Forget about Mars bars

and let's all go for rides

in Mars Cars. 

Yes they are called Mars Cars

not Fords or Chevys,

and that's just how it is on Mars.
