"At the Fair"

This is an early ink drawing

and made on a plain piece of

college lined, three holed

paper and the colors bled.

So many things seemed

to be crammed into

such a very small place

and yes so many pens     

each a very different color

sat on my desk; waiting

impatiently to be used.

So much to say about

so many things at the fair

and so little space to

put them all, so crowded

so very much like the fair.

the very real fair in

 a city named Puyallup.

So there you have it

a sample of my early art,
