Playing At Any Age

When I was a child I learned how to

play and to have fun every day. But

then I grew up and learned about

hard work and for too many years

there was no time to play. But finally

I learned that my inner child needs

to play.

I learned that while playing my mind

finds the freedom to answer questions

and come up with solutions to so many

problems. I also learned that playing

gives us new energy to do things and

fills us with new hope and joy for all

of our days.

I learned that I don't always have to

take life so seriously. I learned that

it was okay to play and laugh and

YES relax. Such an important 

lesson that doesn't need seriousness

but should be taken seriously.
